Bee Safari

Good Attendance At Bee Safari Richard Higgins reported that despite the steady rain falling on Saturday 13 July the meeting started on time at Robin Phillips Apiary at Hampton. 35 keen
beekeepers attended where Martin Cracknell did the instructions and comments. David Sutton the regional inspector arrived and was impressed with the content. David Halsey-Wells Apiary at Fladbury was next visited where David Sutton did the instructions/comments with lots of subjects covered. Lunch at 2.30 pm by courtesy of Henry Dickenson allowing a chance for everyone to chat about their bee experience in 2009! Despite the disappointing weather at the start of the day, the Safari was successful most people going away having learnt something. Thanks go to Martyn & David Sutton for their instruction & advice, Robin & David’s venues & to Henry & Family for providing the lunch. Thanks to Committee for their help.
